| 崗位描述 |
1.Plan and implement rice herbicides product development works. 2.Finish and report all work in time, (include tests & trials results, technical sheets & Presentation, etc.) unity team, support team finish team projects. 3.Have idea to development new products, especially new A.I. 4.Know rice market and products, especially rice herbicides. Training sales、 marketing, etc. Supporting promote key exist products business. 5.Accept business trip, hard working . 6.Good communication with all team（sales、marketing、formulation、finacial , etc.）、community（universities、institutes, etc.）、cooperators (farmers, customers ,etc.) |
