| 崗位描述 |
1. Manage daily production activities to meet production schedule 2. Maintain a high level of housekeeping and a safe work environment 3. Good communication and liaison with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, lab et, to make sure smooth production 4. Monitor employee work ethics and safety compliance, create and maintain a harmony and high efficient working environment 5. Complete performance review for all direct reports, set up training plan and give enough training. |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | 1.College degree majored in chemical engineering or chemistry 2.3-5 years experience in chemical industry, multinational company preferable 3.At least 2 years experience in supervisor position 4.Good oral and written English skill , Computer knowledge is a must 5.Plenty maintenance experience is a plus 6.Good management, interpersonal and problem solving skills 7.Able for shift work |
