Develop and maintain the new accounts to hit the sales target cross Beijing city. 主要職責(zé)為拓展和維護(hù)北京的新客戶(hù)； -Analyze, search and collect potential clients’ information and build relationship 分析，搜集潛在客戶(hù)資料并開(kāi)展聯(lián)絡(luò) -Visit potential clients 拜訪潛在客戶(hù) -Conduct on site survey； determine the scope of pests and their act habit 勘察現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，確定有害生物的范圍，并確定其行為方式 -Complete Risk Assessment and Price Calculation Table based on current Price Table 根據(jù)當(dāng)前的價(jià)格表完成風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和價(jià)格計(jì)算表格 -Report to client the pests detected, submit suggestion and provide proposal 向客戶(hù)報(bào)告所發(fā)現(xiàn)的蟲(chóng)害，并提交建議，進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià) -Keep good relationship with current client 維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)的服務(wù) -Make sure accounts receivable are paid on time according to the contract 按合同約定及時(shí)回收應(yīng)收賬款 -Actively deal with client complains and inquiries according to the company’s policy 按照公司的政策與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，積極處理客戶(hù)投訴及客戶(hù)詢(xún)價(jià) |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Requirement 任職要求: -College degree above and decent education background, no specific major required 全日制大專(zhuān)或大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，專(zhuān)業(yè)不限 -3 year sales/service experience at a B to B platform, retailing or food processing fab or hotel is highly a plus B to B商業(yè)模式下，3年以上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)口大型連鎖，食品加工工廠，酒店者尤佳 -Good communication and sales skill 良好的銷(xiāo)售和溝通技巧 -Strong new marketing development and new customer hunting will and capability 良好的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓和新客戶(hù)發(fā)展意愿和能力 -Indecent, mature, enthusiastic for business 獨(dú)立，成熟，有工作熱情 -Good communication skill -Working experience at service industry and deal with them is a big plus. 有服務(wù)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或與之合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 |
