To identify training needs and make annual training plan base on business strategy 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)策略分析培訓需求、制訂年度培訓計劃 To design and develop training courses, and deliver it accordingly 開發(fā)內(nèi)部培訓課程，編寫培訓講義并授課 To organize internal training and support in administration 組織公司培訓，安排相關(guān)行政事務(wù) To contact and coach external training agencies to deliver training programs in an effective and efficient manner 聯(lián) 系并指導外部培訓公司，提高外部培訓的有效性 To evaluate training result and monitor post-training action plans 評估培訓結(jié)果，監(jiān)督培訓后續(xù)行動計劃的執(zhí)行 To support the project of people development and talent retention 協(xié)助員工職業(yè)發(fā)展與人才保留項目的執(zhí)行 To maintain and update employee training records 維護與更新員工培訓記錄 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Bachelor degree or above 大學本科以上學歷 More than four years working experience in training area 四年以上培訓領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗 Sales experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred 動物保健或醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮 Excellent communication skills and presentation skill 優(yōu)秀的溝通與演講能力 Good Command of English and computer 熟練掌握英語與計算機操作 |
