To initiate work plan for technical service dept to prioritize the main tasks and activities which in line with company’s business development 制定本部門工作計(jì)劃、組織安排、協(xié)調(diào)以及配合公司的發(fā)展 To be equipped with solid product knowledge as a prerequisites for technical training 熟悉掌握產(chǎn)品的性能、作用、特點(diǎn)和使用方法做好產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)培訓(xùn) To grasp relevant professional knowledge and keep updated with the latest trend and information 熟練掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)、及時(shí)了解最新行業(yè)動(dòng)向與信息 To edit practical technical materials base on the promotion plan and customers status, and to ensure the effectiveness of the technical seminar 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品銷售推廣計(jì)劃及客戶情況，編寫實(shí)用的技術(shù)材料，保證技術(shù)講座的有效性 To contact key accounts regularly and track the usage status of our products through collecting relative information 定期拜訪重點(diǎn)客戶，跟蹤了解公司產(chǎn)品和實(shí)際使用情況，收集有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù) To cultivate customer loyalty by means of on-site problem solving and instruction offering, etc. 通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)幫助客戶解決有關(guān)疫病控制中實(shí)際問(wèn)題及指導(dǎo)，培養(yǎng)忠實(shí)客戶 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Master degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field 碩士以上學(xué)歷，主修獸醫(yī)、畜牧等相關(guān)專業(yè) Above 2 years working experiences as veterinarian in commercial swine farm 3 年以上養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)獸醫(yī)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn) Rich knowledge and experience in Swine farm management and disease control 在豬場(chǎng)飼養(yǎng)管理和疾病防治方面有豐富的知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn) Excellent communication skills 良好的溝通能力 Good Command of English and computer 熟練掌握英語(yǔ)與計(jì)算機(jī)操作 |
